   Online personal training takes place completely on the internet and over the phone. You can workout when and where it is convenient for you. You are not left on your own, we just work with you remotely, covering every single aspect of your fitness journey.

   The main thing about all of my personal training services besides designing your diet and workout plan is that I’m actually guiding you through its every single step. I do it personally, 7 days a week, leaving no unanswered questions behind, with unlimited messages ( calls if needed ). Our work doesn't stop with the workout sessions, on the contrary, the biggest part is the work on the diet and regiment every single day.

   My job is not only to help you with achieving your goal but also to teach you the main concepts of a healthy lifestyle, so when we finish our work together you can still be on track on your own for a long run!
