My mission

My mission is to use all of my experience and knowledge to help people not only to reach their goal of the body they've always dreamed of, but also to become healthier, build a stronger spirit and improve their life.
As a person who has gone from a skinny physique with the wrong eating habits to a body of a “Mens Physique” category athlete competing at the biggest international bodybuilding shows, I know what it takes mentally and physically to achieve that transofmation.

My journey was full of obstacles and really tough moments which made me stronger and forced me to find the right way of getting through them. A lot of the times difficulties were not technical but psychological.
Whether you want just to lose some weight or you want to build a body of your dreams, my first and biggest concern is your health, because at the end of the day if you are not in good health you won't need any of that. Therefore, my approach starts with the diet which has to meet the basic needs of your body in structural elements for its vital functions. And along with that I add the workout routine built around our goal. Vast majority of people underestimate significance of a proper diet. The human body is such a perfect mechanism which can adjust most of its functions by itself if the fundamental needs for macro and micro nutrients are provided.

It takes some time and effort to change the eating habits and regiment in general, but it is the most important part which fully pays off. That’s why I give a lot of attention to the diet, and this is what people have most difficulties with. It might be bad habits, lack of motivation, some issues on the personal level, failure to structure the regiment etc.
My job is to determine where the issue lies, and help you to find the right solution. I'm doing that not just as a trainer who gives you all the technical tools, but as a person who will support and inspire while being there for you in the toughest moments on that path.
